- How mature is our data?
- How confident are we in our governance?
- How clear are our use cases?
- How trained is our workforce?
- How repeatable are our workflows?
A scorecard grounds the strategy in reality. It also changes the conversation. Instead of "where can we use AI," the question becomes "which workflows are ready, and what would it take to make the next one ready."
